JLL’s High Street team are experts in intermediating sale and rental transactions on retail units. Its activity is primarily focused on the main high streets in Spain’s largest cities and its clients include both owners and well-known national and international retail chains.​

As well as providing agency services, the department is a leader in rent re-negotiation services, having carried out over 3,000 lease re-negotiations involving a rental volume of over €130 million in 3 years.​
