BBVA building in central Valladolid sold in 2011
The property belonged to RREEF and Jones Lang LaSalle was chosen as advisors on the sale.
The building consists of a 3,098m² office and residential with 2,271m² of offices.

JLL contacted institutional and private investors, organised visits, generated interest and raised offers for the building.
After months of hard negotiation the Capital Markets team in Madrid closed the sale.

Results
The Capital Markets team advised RREEF during the whole process, including the due diligence, negotiations and closing of the deal.
The purchaser of the building was a private investor and property was sold with an existing 20 years obligatory lease contract.
