Over €1.2 billion has been invested in Spain’s living sectors in the first nine months of 2024. Momentum has continued into the final quarter with various significant transactions in progress.
Multifamily reached € 484 million, representing 40% of the total year-to-date living investment.
Investment in the PBSA and healthcare and later living sectors grew on an annual basis. The lack of available existing product continues to drive new development.
