In the first nine months of the year, logistics leasing in the Catalan market increased by 27% year-on-year and 30% compared to the average of the first nine months of the pre-COVID period (2014-2019), thanks to increased leasing activity in the third quarter.

In the third quarter of 2024, the investment volume in the Catalan market exceeded the accumulated volume in the previous two quarters by 350%, which was driven by the purchase of two assets in Sabadell and Valls for approximately €35 million and €25 million respectively.
